I scooped up this fabulous beaded belt at a consignment shop! Do you have any information on it?? Is it a vintage piece? Can I get a ton more? I need to know! It's beautiful!

Now, what can I recycle it as? I was pondering between a black leather obi belt or a handbag strap. Do you have any ideas?
